The book of Acts records the extraordinary experiences and growth of the early church, under the reign of Christ, and in the power of the Holy Spirit. It is history, fueled by a deep theology, continuing the story of the resurrected Christ. Historically, Acts has been identified as the Acts of the Apostles. We read it, more faithfully, as the Acts of Jesus.

Adult Sunday School

This class explores the nature of our salvation in Christ, with a special focus on our union with Christ, the meaning of Jesus' cross and resurrection, and the application of his redemption personally and cosmically. The class is an extended meditation on Paul's statement in Colossians 1:27 - Christ in you, the hope of glory.

PM Sermon Series
6:00 pm Sundays

The Minor Prophets (so named for their brevity, not their importance) cover the peaks and valleys of Old Testament history. Called to deliver God’s message in the midst of terrible sin and rebellion, their message ultimately bursts with God’s grace. In these deep recesses of the Old Testament, we find the brilliant light of Christ shining through the darkness.

Men’s Bible Study
6:15 pm Wednesdays (once a month)

The book of Revelation is God’s final word to the church, a dazzling exposition of the sovereign glory of Christ. Revelation challenges and encourages the church facing both temptation and suffering. It is an immensely practical book for our own age. Our men’s group meets on the first Wednsdays of the month.

AM Sermon Series (Occasional)

The Song of Songs is about the love of love from the King of kings. It is about Jesus, the bridegroom, and the church, his bride. Historically, the Song of Songs has been described as the Holy of Holies in Old Testament Scripture, as it takes us deep into the love of God with vibrant, rich, and Scripture-saturated imagery.

Hoping for Something Better, by Nancy Guthrie, is an in-depth, understandable and practical Bible study of the book of Hebrews for the modern heart and mind. In the end, readers will more fully grasp the person of Jesus Christ, what he has done for us, and why we should invest our lives in drawing near to him. Our children and youth are studying the essentials of who God is, how God saves, and what we believe as Christians. Children and youth of all ages are welcome to join us as we journey through the core teachings of Christianity.

A study designed to help students move beyond surface-level understanding of this often-used term. Grace is at the heart of our relationship with God, from salvation to daily life. In this series, students will explore the biblical meaning of grace, how it has shaped redemptive history, and why it remains essential for Christian living.
